Who we are

Sherpa AI is the operating system for Enterprise AI Analytics, the system of trusted data, a shared metadata layer, definitions, and governed action that sits under your models. It integrates the sources of truth needed to achieve your business goals. We work across industries with leaders and the operators beside them, people who have outgrown spreadsheet heroics and broken processes, and never had the time to build for durability. The platform makes capability compound, so the route from pilot to production actually holds.

The name is the point. A sherpa does not hand you a summit photo. They know the route, the weather, and when to turn around. We bring the same discipline to AI: clarity on where to go, what to trust, and how to bring people with you.

What we believe

Most companies do not have an AI problem. They have a foundation problem that AI makes impossible to ignore, dashboards that disagree, month-end that still needs a hero, and tools that go viral while truth still lives in one analyst's workbook.

Useful beats impressive. We measure AI by the work it improves: fewer reconciliations, faster answers, alerts someone owns, agents that earn permission to act. Access to models is cheap. Trusted context is not.
